PURPOSE: A magnesium condensing device for manufacturing magnesium is provided to prevent oxidation of condensed magnesium crown, thereby improving production efficiency of magnesium and reducing the cycle time of the whole process. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium condensing device for manufacturing magnesium comprises a connection pipe (110), a housing (120), a condensing unit (130), a scraper (140), and a gate valve (150). The connection pipe comprises a heating wire on the outer circumferential surface which is connected to the housing. The housing is connected through a reaction pipe to the connection pipe, and located on the outside of a heating furnace in between a magnesium manufacturing apparatus and a melting furnace. The condensing unit corresponds to the connection pipe, and is installed inside the housing. The scraper is condensed by the condensing unit, and separates magnesium crown from the condensing unit. The gate valve selectively opens and closes the lower part of the housing; collects the magnesium crown which is separated from the condensing unit; and discharges the collected magnesium crown from the housing. |
