PURPOSE: A method for preparing immunotolerance dendritic cells is provided to obtain dendritic cells with immunotolerance which is specific to myocarditis, to suppress inflammation of myocarditis, and to effectively treat myocarditis. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing immunotolerance dendritic cells for treating myocarditis comprises a step of culturing immature dendritic cells in a medium containing myosin and TNF-alpha. The immature dendritic cells are prepared by culturing a dendritic cell precursor in a medium containing GM-CSF(Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor) and IL-4. The immunotolerance dendritic cells for treating myocarditis highly expresses CD86 and CD40. |
