<p>Disclosed is an instant electrical heating pipe comprising a center pipe (1), an outer pipe (2), an insulating sleeve (3), an electric heating wire (4), wire leading pipes (5), an insulating ring (6), and a magnesium oxide powder layer (7), wherein the center pipe is a conduit through which vapour or liquid can pass, the electric heating wire is provided on the periphery of the center pipe, the contact surface between the electric heating wire and the center pipe is the magnesium oxide powder layer, the outer sleeve is provided on the periphery of the electric heating wire, the contact surface between the outer pipe and the electric heating wire is the magnesium oxide powder layer, two ends of the electric heating wire are respectively welded with wire leading pipes, the wire leading pipes are isolated from the center pipe with the insulating sleeve, between the wire leading pipes and the outer pipe is the insulating ring, and the two ends of the metal center pipe are directly connected respectively with the outlet and inlet water pipes.</p> |
