The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method for a side impact bar for a vehicle with high quality and high productivity by using composite materials. The manufacturing method for a side impact bar for a vehicle using composite materials and synthetic resins comprises: a composite material cutting process of cutting raw composites into a required size; a composite material heat process of heating the cut composite materials for a pre-forming; a composite material pre-forming process of pre-forming the heated composite materials by putting the heated composite materials into a pre-forming mold among mold systems consisting of a pre-forming mold, a mold core and a forming mold; a mold rotation process of rotating the mold core in order to perform injection molding on the pre-formed composite materials; an injection molding process of producing a base surrounding the composite materials by putting a resin through the forming mold; and a blowout process of blowing out an impact bar.
