The assembly comprises at least such number of alloying elements arranged outside the conducting elements as is the number of the conducting elements, and the metal assembly comprises at least two alloying elements for each conducting element. The conducting element and the alloying element are made in the form of bars, and make up separate elements. The tubular element is placed outside the conducting element and the alloying element.
