FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a production method of agglomerates from fine iron carrier and at least one binding agent as raw material for a metallurgical process. Iron carrier is mixed with the binding agent and if required with additives and is agglomerated; with that, the invention provides for at least one additional stage, at which agglomerates are covered with a layer consisting of iron carriers and at least one binding agent. Agglomerates are heated so that the binding agent can be cured in the near-surface zone of agglomerates. The binding agent in the highest layer or external layers has lower curing temperature in comparison to that of the binding agent inside agglomerates. The invention also refers to a production method of liquid cast-iron or steel semi-finished products from raw material containing agglomerates and if necessary iron ore and additives. Raw material containing agglomerates is added to a pre-heating zone during production of liquid cast-iron or liquid steel semi-finished products. Temperature in the pre-heating zone and/or a recovery zone is chosen so that agglomerates in the pre-heating zone or in the recovery zone can be fully cured.EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility of processing the thinnest ore with particles with very small sizes.31 cl, 1 dwg |
