PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing device interlocked with an air conditioner having an excellent energy saving property and comfortability.SOLUTION: A window opening/closing device interlocked with an air conditioner includes: an outdoor air temperature detection means 3 for detecting an outdoor air temperature; a window opening/closing means 8 for automatically opening/closing a window 7; an air conditioner 2 having a blowing means (not shown) and controlling an indoor temperature; and a control means 9 for controlling the drives of the window opening/closing means 8 and the air conditioner 2. When a user instructs a cooling operation to the air conditioner 2 or when the instruction is started, and an outdoor air temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature, the control means 9 stops the cooling operation of the air conditioner 2, the window 7 is opened by the window opening/closing means 8, and the operation is interlocked with an air blowing action by the blowing means. When the outdoor temperature is low, not only the cooling operation of the air conditioner 2 is stopped and the window is opened automatically but also the outdoor air is taken indoors by using the blowing means for lowering the indoor temperature; thereby, the indoor temperature can be lowered in a short time, and it is comfortable as well as it has an energy saving effect as a whole. Also, as the opening/closing action of the window 7 is automatic, the user does not have to perform a troublesome action and it is convenient. |
