PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a quick connection terminal smaller with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A quick connection terminal 1 comprises a terminal plate 2, a body 3, a rotation piece 4, an elastic body 5, and a cancellation button 6. An electric wire 10 is pressed to the terminal plate 2, and electrically connected to it and held. The rotation piece 4 comprises an inclined face 41 receiving a thrust from an end of the electric wire 10 to be inserted, and an edge part 42 positioned at the end of the inclined face 41, and rotates around a predetermined axis. The elastic body 5 energizes a top part of the rotation piece 4 in a rotation direction as shown by an arrow R. By insertion of the electric wire 10, the inclined face 41 of the rotation piece 4 is pressed and the rotation piece 4 rotates against an energization force F0 of the elastic body 5. After the end of the electric wire 10 passes through the inclined face 41, the edge part 42 guides the electric wire. By a component force F1 based on the energization force F0, the edge part 42 bites into the electric wire 10 and is locked. In the quick connection terminal 1, a locking section is constituted while giving roles for the rotation piece 4 to lock and the elastic body 5 to energize the rotation piece, and therefore, a degree of freedom in design is high and the quick connection terminal can be easily miniaturized. |
