PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of a circulating current in a coil due to variation of leakage flux flowing through a coil between the teeth of a stator.SOLUTION: A collective conductor 42 extending between one end 24a and the other end 24e of a slot 24 in the direction of the axis of rotation is twisted in the slot 24, and the arrangement of a plurality of strands 44 is subjected to phase reversal of odd number of times in the slot 24. Consequently, even if eddy currents are generated in the collective conductor 42 (respective strands 44) due to variation of leakage flux between the teeth 23, the eddy currents cancel out each other for the entire slots 24, and thereby generation of a circulating current can be suppressed. |
