The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a radiating member, wherein a thin-film is bent repeatedly to form a plurality of heat sinks. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing a radiating member by bending a thin sheet metal repeatedly, comprises: a conveying unit which transfers a target sheet metal in a conveying direction; and a bending unit which includes a bending member, first and second base members, and first and second support members and bents the target sheet metal which is transferred by the conveying unit, wherein: the first and second base members are positioned on oppose sides of the first and second base member while the bending member is sandwiched; the bending member moves back and forth in a direction perpendicular to the target sheet metal to bend the target sheet metal; the first base member moves back and forth in the conveying direction while interacting with the first support member so that target sheet metal being fixed can be bent; and the second base member moves back and forth in the conveying direction while interacting the second support member so that the target sheet metal being fixed can be bent.
