The present invention relates to a structure for discharging a fixed amount of liquid and a device for discharging a fixed amount of liquid to which the same is applied. The liquid discharge structure includes a stator unit having a spiral space unit formed inside in an axial direction and a spiral rotor unit gradually moving the liquid which the space unit of the stator unit is charged with. The space unit of a predetermined horizontal cross section of the stator unit is formed in an oval shape, and the horizontal cross section of the rotor unit is a circular shape. The predetermined cross section is charged with the liquid as a difference between the space unit formed in the stator unit and the space unit of the stator unit. |
