PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact case with a mirror which allows a user to see the mirror with a cover closed, is capable of opening/closing the cover without exerting an impact in the vertical direction, and allowing the user to easily make up while looking in the mirror by turning the cover and raising the mirror in use. SOLUTION: The compact case with a mirror includes a case body for storing cosmetics, the cover mounted with the mirror, and a hinge turnably connecting the case body and the cover. The case body includes a storage part where the cosmetics or the like are stored, a hinge portion connected coaxially with the axis of the hinge, and a clearance allowing the front end of the cover to enter around between the storage part and the hinge portion. The cover has a mirror mounting face whose exterior upper face is mounted with the mirror, and a pair of first guide grooves with which first guide members of the hinge are slidably and inseparably engaged.
