<p>The sliding sleeve (1) has a sleeve main portion that is lockable mounted at upper and lower sliding rails by using a lateral clamping screw (6). A floating bushing (2) of the sliding rail is connected with a skewer retainer (3) having a recess portion (4), for insertion of lower or upper end of a meat skewer. The skewer retainer is swung around a pivotal axis (5) opposite to the floating bushing and is extended vertically to the longitudinal direction of the recess portion.</p> |
