<p>An exercise apparatus comprises a generally rectangular base member 10 the underside of which is formed with a plurality of parallel channels (12, figure 2) in which a pair of elongate frame members 14 are selectively received. An upright member (15) is connected to each end of each frame member 14. Each upright member (15) is formed with a series of openings 16 in which the ends of cross bars 18 are selectively fitted. The exercise apparatus is particularly useful as a press-up stand.</p> |
