<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in a portable device, while keeping security. <P>SOLUTION: A temporary license is imparted from a first portable telephone 20 which acquires a real license to a second portable telephone 120 through a temporary license imparting signal. A portable device 40 transmits a radio signal to a vehicle 10 on condition that the second portable telephone acquires the temporary license. The temporary license imparting signal includes not only the temporary license but also an SIMID code of an SIM card 5 to be mounted on the first portable telephone 20. Thus, the portable device 40 mounted on the second portable telephone 120 transmits a second response signal including the SIMID code to the vehicle 10 so as to allow the vehicle 10 to be in an unlock permission state in a way being the same as that where the first portable telephone 20 has the real license. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
