An electric power steering device (1) includes a first housing (24, 224) that supports an output shaft (13) rotatable together with a driven member (21) with a first bearing (27, 227) placed therebetween and a second housing (25, 125, 225) that rotatably supports a driving member (20). The first housing (24, 224) includes an eccentric engagement section (34, 234) that is eccentric with respect to a first bearing holding section (33, 233) holding the first bearing (27, 227). The eccentric engagement section (34, 234) is fittedto an engagement section (36, 236) of the second housing (25, 125, 225). When the center-to-center distance (D) between the driving member (20) and the driven member (21) is adjusted, the eccentric engagement section (34, 234) of the first housing (24, 224) is rotated with respect to the engagement section (36, 236) of the second housing (25, 125, 225). |
