Described is a method for forming a superconductive film. The method includes the steps of: providing amorphous rare earth-Gu-Ba oxide including rare earth, Ba, and Cu; and forming a superconductor including dispersed rare earth oxide grains by thermally processing the amorphous rare earth-Gu-Ba oxide.
