<p>THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A ELECTROMECHANICAL LEVEL DETECTOR NAMED SILOMETER USING A WEIGHT SENSING METHOD AND A TENSION SENSOR. IN THIS INVENTION, WHEN THE SENSING WEIGHT [22] REACHES THE SURFACE OF THE MATERIAL OF THE DESIRED ENVIRONMENT, SUCH AS A SILO [26], THE TENSION SENSOR [24] DETECTS THE SLACKNESS OF THE WIRE [28] AND BY THIS WAY THE MAIN PROCESSOR [30] CAN DETECT AND ESTIMATE THE EMPTY HEIGHT LEVEL WITHIN THE SILO. A STEPPER MOTOR [32] COUPLED TO THE PULLEY RELEASE AND PULLS THE WIRE UNTIL THE WIRE IS NOT SLACK AND THE NUMBER OF MOTOR PULSE IS USED TO MEASURE THE DISTANCE TRAVELED BY THE WIRE AS THE DETECTED LEVEL. THEREFORE, THE SILOMETER WITH THE TENSION SENSOR IS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH DURABILITY AND MAINTENANCE, TO SUITABLY WORK UNDER HARSH ENVIRONMENT, REDUCING THE WORKING HAZARD AND ABLE TO WORK WITHIN A COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM FOR MONITORING; ALL WITHIN A MINIMUM INEXPENSIVE COST.</p> |
