SSR MARKERS AND GENETIC LINKAGE MAP USING INTRASPECIFIC POPULATION OF CAPSICUM ANNUUM

摘要

The present invention provides to: a DNA marker for producing a Capsicum annuum genetic linkage map developed using the intraspecific group of Capsicum annuum; and a primer set capable of amplifying the DNA marker. The DNA marker and the primer set are used for producing a high-density genetic linkage map of Capsicum annuum, and are capable of being used for molecular breeding.
