The method involves reducing vehicle speed to desired speed by reducing the vehicle acceleration using cruise control system during driving of motor car along curves. The variable corresponding to lateral acceleration of the motor car is determined during turning mode, and the vehicle turning mode is terminated when the variable corresponding to lateral acceleration reaches or exceeds maximum value.
