Provided is a video provision method which includes: a video acquisition step (S2201) for acquiring a first main video in which a first imaging space is imaged, and a second main video in which a second imaging space including a space other than the first space is imaged; a video generation step (S2202) in which the plurality of main videos acquired in the video acquisition step are synthesized to generate a wide angle video; an information acquisition step (S2203) in which user preference information is acquired via a network; an area calculation step (S2205) in which a cropping area in the wide angle video is calculated on the basis of the user preference information acquired in the information acquisition step, said cropping area being smaller than the wide-angle-video area; a cropping step in which the cropping area is used to crop the wide angle video; and a video provision step (S2206) in which a cropped video generated by being subjected to cropping is provided to a user.
