Disclosed is an air conditioning clod-hot water unit with an antifreezing solution regenerative apparatus. The unit comprises a compressor (1), an evaporative condenser (2), a throttling apparatus (3), an evaporator (4), and an antifreezing solution regenerative apparatus. The regenerative apparatus comprises a high-temperature heat-source area, an antifreezing solution catch tray (6a), a low-temperature cold-source area, a condensed water catch tray (6b), a sprayer (7), a gas circulation fan (8), and a gas circulation duct (9). A mass transfer effect occurs between the low-concentration antifreezing solution flowing from the sprayer (7) and the cycle gas, and the moisture of the low-concentration antifreezing solution is transferred to the cycle gas; then, the concentrated antifreezing solution enters the antifreezing solution catch tray (6a), and the solution in the antifreezing solution catch tray (6a) enters a high-concentration solution channel communicating with the evaporative condenser (2).
