<p>The present invention discloses a dryer provided with: a drum (520) in which clothes are held; a fan (620) that blows dry air for drying the clothes into the drum; an exhaust air duct (650) that guides exhaust air discharged from the drum in a first direction oriented toward the fan; and heat exchange equipment (631, 632) that exchanges heat with the exhaust air that flows inside the exhaust air duct, and produces the dry air. The heat exchange equipment comprises a primary heat exchanger (631) positioned inside the exhaust air duct, and a secondary heat exchanger (632) positioned outside of the exhaust air duct. The secondary heat exchanger comprises a waste heat device (663) that discharges waste heat transferred from the primary heat exchanger, and a chiller (664) that blows in cool air for cooling the waste heat device. The chiller blows the cool air in a second direction that differs from the aforementioned first direction.</p> |
