<p>In order to flexibly set an "RA response window size" for receiving "RA responses," when using an Scell to perform a "Non-contention RA procedures," this mobile station (UE) comprises a control unit (12) configured so as to attempt reception of "RA responses" in a Pcell, from when an "RA preamble" is sent in an Scell to when a period prescribed by the "RA response window size" has ended. The control unit (12) determines which is to be used as the "RA response window size," out of the "RA response window size" for the Pcell and the "RA response window size" for the Scell, in accordance with an instruction from a wireless base station (eNB).</p> |
