H-TYPE BUILT-UP GIRDER MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an H-type built-up girder manufacturing apparatus which has flanges fixated vertically on both ends of the web plate of a plate by including: a web plate support member which maintains the web plate horizontally by supporting the lower side of the web plate and is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the flanges; and a flange support member which is installed in the outside of the web plate support member in order to erect the flanges in the both ends of the web plate in a vertical direction. The present invention reduces manufacturing time which is consumed because an accessorial work is not unnecessary in a manufacturing process and has no concern of a safety accident which is caused by the falling of the web plate and flanges by the malfunction of a crane or magnetic lifter because the web plate is not necessary to combined by the crane or the magnetic lifter when welding the web plate to the flanges. The present invention is also increase work efficiency and work professionalism, increases the work efficiency when repetitively performing a large amount of productions, and releases a work area congestion phenomenon by working only a tack welding (TAG WELD'G) in a setting surface plate during a repetitive manufacture and working only a full welding (FULL WELD'G) in a full welding jig.
