PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a passenger to easily get in and out of a vehicle, thereby reducing a burden on a care worker who helps the passenger.SOLUTION: An elevating step apparatus provided at an entrance of a vehicle to help a passenger get in and out of the vehicle comprises: a step board 20 for the passenger to get on; and an elevating mechanism 30 capable of moving the step board 20 up and down between a level of a road surface R and a level of a floor surface 12 in a cabin. |
