摘要 Disclosed is a new three-component oxide semiconductor layer replacing a TiO2 layer used as an opto-electronic electrode for an existing dye sensitized solar cell. The present invention is to provide an opto-electronic electrode for a solar cell that includes a conductive and transparent substrate; a multicomponent oxide semiconductor layer of BaSnO3 formed on the substrate. According to the present invention, the oxide semiconductor has high dye adsorption property and photoelectric energy efficiency.
