摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum composite material having high bonding strength and excellent adhesiveness.SOLUTION: A composite material comprises an aluminum material and a resin layer bonded together, wherein an oxide film is formed on a surface of the aluminum material which is in contact with the resin layer, wherein the oxide film comprises a porous aluminum oxide film layer having a thickness of 20-500 nm and formed on the surface side and a barrier-type aluminum oxide film layer having a thickness of 3-30 nm and formed on the base metal side, wherein small holes having a diameter of 5-30 nm are formed on the porous aluminum oxide film layer, and a fluctuation margin of the combined thickness of the porous aluminum oxide film layer and the barrier-type aluminum oxide film layer over the entire surface of the aluminum material is within ±50% of an arithmetic mean of the combined thickness. A production method of the same is also provided.
