<p>A bio-reactor for growing tissue substitutes, in particular cartilages, consists of a separate hermetically closed chamber in which equipment for affecting, in particular tissue substitutes, with mechanical loads is installed. Equipment for mechanical loading comprises a vessel for cultivation with a substrate that is placed in its upper section, with at least one pressing rotary indenter connected to a driver pin.
