PURPOSE: Selekrypton is provided to obtain superior insulating and bonding characteristics by replacing sulfur hexafluoride. CONSTITUTION: Selekrypton is based on the combination of 10-50% of selenium and 50-90% of krypton. The combination includes 0.005-1% of chlorine as a catalytic agent. The selekrypton replaces sulfur hexafluoride as an environmentally-friendly material.
