PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable relay panel for a railcar that reduces the number of wires, and wiring and setting man-hour requirements.SOLUTION: The relay panel for a railcar includes: input means for inputting electrical state signals from various electric apparatuses; arithmetic processing means for performing arithmetic processing based on signals from the input means; and output means for outputting electrical command signals to the various electric apparatuses on the basis of signals from the arithmetic processing means. A digital filter is disposed in an input section of the input means. An output value of the digital filter is, if a plurality of sample values lie within a predetermined range to assert that the plurality of sample values match, fixed to a new value depending on the sample values, and otherwise, the plurality of sample values do not match and the output value of the digital filter is held. |
