PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock protective device which can surely protect a lock from vandalism by a cutting tool and can easily and smoothly perform locking operation and normal unlocking operation of the lock.SOLUTION: A lock protective device 10 includes: a cylindrical peripheral wall 12 in which accommodates and arranges a pad lock 50 inside and has openings 18 at both ends respectively; and an insertion hole 14 which is bored in an intermediate position in the axial direction of the cylindrical peripheral wall 12 and through which an annular part 62 of a latch is inserted into the cylindrical peripheral wall 12. The pad lock is covered by the cylindrical peripheral wall 12. Accordingly, the pad lock can be properly protected from cutting or vandalism by a cutting tool or the like and locking operation and the like of the pad lock can be easily performed by inserting fingers of hands from the openings 18 at both end into the inside of the cylindrical peripheral wall 12. |
