PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring/traveler system of a ring type spinning machine which can achieve the improvement of a friction reduction effect and durability (life extension) relative to prior art by a friction reduction effect due to the lubrication of a film of fibers detached from a yarn and disposed on a slide surface of the ring/traveler system without using a liquid lubrication.SOLUTION: The ring/traveler system of a ring type spinning machine (ring spinning frame) is non-liquid lubrication type and has a friction reduction part 14 on a slide surface of a traveler 12 and a ring 11 at the traveler 12 slides. The friction reduction part 14 has 400/cm or more of micro cracks formed on a surface of a hard chromium plating layer 13 as recess parts. |
