PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody specific to a human B-type natriuretic peptide and to provide a method specifically measuring the human B-type natriuretic peptide using it.SOLUTION: To measure human B-type natriuretic peptide by a sandwich method, using human B-type natriuretic peptide specific antibody (A) having reactivity with the human B-type natriuretic peptide and non-reactivity with human pro-B-type natriuretic peptide and an antibody (B) of which hBNP recognition site is different from that of the antibody (A). |
