PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a factor which can drop an open circuit voltage.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 20 grasps transition of open circuit voltage Vocv when the open circuit voltage Vocv drops for each voltage drop factor after associating the transition with transition of a film resistance value R. Then, the open circuit voltage Vocv detected at the time of operation control of an electrolyte film 121 to a drying side which is performed after the open circuit voltage Vocv has dropped is compared with the transition state of the grasped open circuit voltage to specify the factor of voltage drop. |
