PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WEB information acquisition method and device in which a preread proxy server makes a preread request, and quickly provides acquired information on a network. SOLUTION: A preread proxy server is installed in a network system whose delay time with a WEB server is small, and an information storage server is installed in a network system whose delay time with a WEB browsing device is small, and the information storage server is configured to store request data transmitted from the WEB browsing device in a first request data storage part, and to store request data included in WEB information transferred from the preread proxy server in a second request data storage part, and to, when the request data are not stored in the second request data storage part, transfer the request data via the preread proxy server to a WEB server, and to, when the request data are stored in the second request data storage part, and the request data corresponding to the WEB information transferred from the preread proxy server are stored in the first request data storage part, transmit the request data to the WEB browsing device.
