<p>The invention provides a method for producing high-cleanness steel, which can significantly reduce detects caused by inclusion in steel product by a steel smelting method using a circulation type vacuum degasser. The mehtod for product high-cleanness steel uses the circulation type vacuum degasser for circulating molten steel in steel ladel and decarbonizing at the same time, and deoxidizing agent is added for cooling steel. In the prior art the blowing amount of circulation gas in the cooling process is more than 4L/min.t which is the standard state, the method is characterized in that molten steel is circulated and cold metal is added for adjusting the molten steel temperature, and a circulation time T after the cold metal is added is set, thereby the relation between cold metal adding amount W and every ton of molten steel is shown as follows: T(min)>=0.25W(kg/t)+2.</p> |
