<p>Apparatus and methods are provided for the measurement of a power factor at points of interest, such as circuit breakers, machines, and the like. Accordingly, means 1010 are provided for measurement of a power factor for each electrical sub-network that is controlled by a circuit breaker. Each apparatus 1010-1 is enabled to communicate its respective data, in an environment of a plurality of such apparatuses 1010-1 through 1010- N, to a management unit 1050 which is enabled to provide finer granularity power factor profiles.</p> |
