摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of flame retardant foam insulation material using a phenol resin, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing apparatus comprises a molding frame for foaming and molding polymer consisting of a phenol resin, a surfactant, a melamine compound, a foaming agent and a curing agent; a pressure measuring unit for measuring the expansion pressure of the foamed material in the molding frame; a pressurizing unit controlling the inner pressure within the molding frame; and a control unit controlling the pressurizing unit based on the pressure measured in the pressure measuring unit, and controlling the expansion pressure of the foamed material in the molding frame so as to maintain the pressure in a desired range. The manufacturing method comprises a material mixing step of inputting a phenol resin, a surfactant and a melamine compound into a manufacturing apparatus of a foam insulation material; a foaming agent injection step of injecting a foaming agent into the mixture manufactured through the material mixing step; a polymerization step of adding a curing agent to the mixture, in which the foaming agent has been added through the foaming agent injection step, and polymerizing; and a pressure adjusting step of adjusting the inner pressure of the manufacturing apparatus of a foam insulation material, in which the polymer completed the polymerization step has been interposed.
