The present invention enables the use of multiple heterogeneous wireless networks in accordance with predetermined conditions of use. The wireless communication terminal according to the present invention: receives, from an external server, mode-related information containing a profile which describes multiple modes, each of which specifies conditions of use (for example, speed limit for use) for a cellular network; selects one mode from the received profile in accordance with a given way of selecting the mode; and decreases the speed at which data is received so that the cellular network is used within the speed limit for use if the conditions of use which are set by the selected mode specify a speed limit for using the cellular network. |
