The thallium bromide-based crystal further contains calcium bromide, with the following ratio of components, wt %: thallium bromide - 99.9972-99.99993, calcium bromide - 0.0028-0.00007 wt %.EFFECT: improved detector properties of the material: increase in charge carrier mobility µ?to 7,3·10cm/V, µ?to 1,5·10cm/V for electrons and holes, respectively, resistivity to 3,5·10Om·cm, and stability of properties during use.1 tbl, 1 ex |
