The present invention relates to a method and a system for analyzing an image of an integration device in which an electrophoresis function and a gel documentation function are integrated. The present invention improves the accuracy of an analysis and reduces an overall analysis time because multiple images which are continuously outputted in the integration device in which the electrophoresis function and the gel documentation function are integrated are analyzed and the analysis result is outputted continuously and automatically.
