The present invention relates to a food waste disposal device capable of reducing the volume of discharge food waste and cutting the discharged food waste with a blade in a predetermined size to be used as compost by compressing the food waste using horizontal and vertical screws, which are attached to a sink so as to dispose food waste generated from restaurants etc, removing moisture from the food waste, and discharging the compressed food waste to the upper and lower parts of the device using the rotational rate of the screws. The present invention comprises a main body (100) composed of a food waste input pipe (110), a horizontal extrusion pipe (120), a moisture discharge pipe (130), a vertical extrusion pipe (140), and a food waste capture pipe (150); a horizontal extrusion device (300) inserted into the horizontal extrusion pipe (120) to primarily extrude the food waste; a vertical extrusion device (500) inserted into the vertical extrusion pipe (140) to secondarily extrude the food waste; and a food waste discharge device (700) placed below the food waste capture pipe (150) to prevent the coagulation of the falling food waste and discharge the food waste. |
