METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING CONTEXT OF USER EQUIPMENT, USER EQUIPMENT, AND BASE STATION

Provided are a method for identifying context of a user equipment (UE), the UE, and a base station. The identifying method comprises: a first base station acquiring a first terminal identifier of the UE, the first terminal identifier being sent to a network side when the UE has a connection failure; searching the context of the UE for a second terminal identifier of a second base station according to the first terminal identifier; and sending to the second base station a switch report comprising the second terminal identifier, so that the second base station searches for the context of the UE according to the second terminal identifier. Through the embodiments of the present invention, it can be ensured that the base station can identify the context of the UE.
