The present invention relates to a structure for mounting a DFDE engine on a ship and more in detail, to a DFDE engine mounting structure capable of saving process time and man hours. The present invention, in a DFDE engine mounting structure connecting a mounting bracket of the DFDE engine to an installation surface of a hull, comprises a reference step formed on an installation seat surface of the hull; a choke plate aligned to the reference step and having an upper surface parallel to the mounting bracket; an elastic support coupled to and in contact with the upper surface of the choke plate and passing through a coupling hole of the mounting bracket; and a top plate restricting the upper surface of the elastic support and coupled to the mounting bracket.
