The present invention relates to a credit payment method of spent money of prepaid mobile electronic money using credit card advance approval charging and more specifically, to a mobile electronic money payment method which claims the money spent for a service or goods within predetermined limit amount of money by being connected with a credit card. For the above, in an electronic money payment system connected with a credit card comprising a mobile terminal embedded with a mobile card, a pre-paid card company server and a credit card company server, a method for performing payment in the pre-paid card company server includes the steps of: receiving usage limit money to be used during a set period, credit card information to pay the usage limit money, the mobile card information and USIM information of the mobile terminal from the mobile terminal; storing the mobile card information and the USIM information in correspondence with each other, and providing the USIM information and the credit card information for the credit card company server; providing the USIM information and the usage limit money for the credit card company server, and requesting advance approval for the usage limit money; and charging the usage limit money to the mobile card, if the advance approval completion is informed from the credit card company server.
