PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system to avoid wasteful electric power, which is consumed when sending an identification signal request signal in a vehicle door locking/unlocking system, by using positional information available through a GPS.SOLUTION: A control system: calculates a parking position of a vehicle from a GPS signal obtained through, for example, a navigation function mounted on the vehicle; calculates whether or not the calculated parking position is in a predetermined parking zone and moreover what type of the parking zone the vehicle is in, for example whether the same is at an airport, a company or a house; and sets a plan of a transmission interval of a polling signal, which is intermittently sent from the vehicle in a vehicle door locking/unlocking system using a smart key, depending on the type of the parking zone or sets the plan of the transmission interval of the polling signal in accordance with a distance between the parking position of the vehicle and a present position of an occupant obtained through a smartphone carried by the occupant. |
