The present invention relates to a mixed cathode active material having improved output characteristics and stability, and a lithium secondary battery including the same, and more specifically, to: a mixed cathode active material wherein by blending a replaced LFP, which adjusts operating voltages, in which a part of Fe is replaced with other elements such as Ti for preventing a rapid increase in resistance in an Mn-rich, low SOC range (for example, SOC 40-10 % range) of which a capacity is low or the operating voltages are high, a low output in the low SOC range is supplemented, thereby widening an available SOC range and simultaneously providing enhanced stability; and a lithium secondary battery including the same.
