The present invention relates to an acrylic copolymer and an adhesive composition comprising the same and, more specifically, to an acrylic copolymer and an adhesive composition comprising the same, which, by containing a specific compound, can effectively inhibit the corrosion of a metal layer without using a separate corrosion inhibitor and achieve excellence in adhesive durability with the metal layer under severe conditions (high temperature and high humidity).
