PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waste use of heat energy in a heating operation.SOLUTION: A liquid of a heat medium is supplied to a heating device (for example, hot water mat) from a heating liquid circulation passage for heating the liquid. In the heating operation, heating control means 2 drives a liquid circulation pump 6 while heating the liquid by a heat exchanger for heating, when a temperature of the liquid in the heating liquid circulation passage normally detected by a heating low-temperature thermistor 36 becomes a heating start reference temperature or less, and both of the heating of the liquid by the heat exchanger for heating and the driving of the liquid circulation pump 6 are stopped when the temperature of the liquid becomes the heating stop reference temperature or more. After a preparation time for termination of heating operation before an operation termination scheduled time of the heating device by a predetermined time, the heating control means 2 circulates the liquid by driving the liquid circulation pump without heating the liquid by the heat exchanger for heating even when the temperature of the liquid detected by the heating low-temperature thermistor 36 becomes the heating start reference temperature or less. |
